Ele virou cabe;ca (FOTO 1) sobre o visitante ingl\u00eas e favorito, o quatro anos Toronado (High Chaparral e Wana Doo, por Grand Slam), de Al Shaqab Racing, aaatrceinado por Richard Hannon e levado por Richard Hughes, ganhador do Queen Ann Stakes (G1), em Royal Ascot, e vindo de secundar o maravilhoso Kingman (Invencible Spirit e Zenda, por Zamindar), no Sussex Stakes (G1). O terceiro, a pesco\u00e7o, foi o ganhador do Qipco 2000 Guineas Stakes (G1), em Newmarket, Night of Thunder (Dubawi e Forest Storm, por Galileo), igualmente escoltante de Kingman (a quem derrotou nos citados 2ooo Guineas), no St. James&#8217;s Palace Stakes (G1), em Royal Ascot. O tempo foi de 1:35:90.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 nos 3.100m do Prix Gladiateur (G3), o brasileiro Going Somewhere (Sulamani e Angel Star, por Special Nash), do Haras Philillipson, correu pouco, terminando em s\u00e9timo (correram onze). Vit\u00f3ria \u00a0(FOTO 2) do alem\u00e3o, com campanha francesa treinado por Mme. Pia Brandt, Bathyron (Monsun e Be My Lady, por Be My Guest), com Maxime Guyon up, marcando 3:15:76.
