Tendo em vista o resultado do exame procedido pelo Laborat\u00f3rio Anti-Doping no material colhido do animal “REVOLUCION\u00c1RIA TEX<\/strong>“, primeiro colocado no 6\u00ba p\u00e1reo da reuni\u00e3o 283\u00ba, do dia 11 de mar\u00e7o de 2013, a Comiss\u00e3o de Corridas resolve:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1 – Desclassificar o animal “REVOLUCION\u00c1RIA TEX<\/strong>” para \u00faltimo lugar, sem direito a qualquer pr\u00eamio;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2 – Suspender por 180 (cento e oitenta) dias, o treinador Jesus Batista Nogueira (J.B.NOGUEIRA<\/strong>), reincidente, a partir do dia 21\/03\/2013, com base no Art.163, par\u00e1grafo 4\u00ba, Grupo II, e par\u00e1grafos 5\u00ba e 9\u00ba do mesmo artigo o do CNC, com multa concomitante de R$ 720,00 (setecentos e vinte reais) e entrada proibida no hip\u00f3dromo e suas depend\u00eancias at\u00e9 o integral cumprimento da penalidade (Art. 188-par\u00e1grafo 2\u00ba);<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3 – O resultado do referido p\u00e1reo passar\u00e1 a ser o seguinte:<\/p>\n
